MegaPath Ease of Use and Setup
You can choose the self-installation process or the Professional Installation option. There is a simple step-by-step guide to help you through the process, but if you need any assistance, you can contact their support team.
- Locate Your Network Ports – These will connect to your MegaPath devices.
- Check Your Network Can Handle the System – You must make sure that your network can handle the bandwidth generated by the devices.
- Connect Devices to the Network – Connect your devices to the Ethernet ports and wait for the devices to download their configuration from MegaPath. This can take up to 15 minutes. Once the process is complete, check the devices are working.
- Configure Voice Services – Your devices are now connected and you’re ready to configure your MegaPath Hosted Voice Services. This is when you will customize the solution.
- Go to the Voice Learning Center for guides and video tutorials on phones, setting up voicemail, Auto Attendants setup, and more.
- Log into Your Customer Portal – You will receive an email with a link that will take you to the customer portal. You’ll then be taken through a simple 4-step process to guide you through setting up your account. Specifically, you’ll need to set up your username, password, and security questions.
