Formerly ShoreTel VoIP, the company has since become acquired by Mitel. This VoIP solution specializes in providing a range of quality communication and collaboration tools especially for medium to large businesses.
ShoreTel Overview
Established in 1996, ShoreTel VoIP for businesses became acquired by Mitel in 2017. Their unified communications services represent one of the largest VoIP solutions, offering cloud, on-premise, and hybrid communications services for larger businesses and enterprise-sized organizations. Mitel, formerly ShoreTel, stands out because all plans come equipped with a high-level of service and array of features. Customers don’t have to worry about getting charged for add-ons. Plus Mitel offers their own phones and hardware so customers can get all they need in one place.
